9.2 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated responses and content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or complete. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all chatbot interactions before deployment.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUELBOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

9.4 Damages Cap

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9.5 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FuelBot harmless from claims arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription or closing your account through our platform.

10.2 Termination by FuelBot

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:
